Against Racism

Racism involves the belief in racial differences, which acts as a justification for non-equal treatment (which some regard as "discrimination") of members of that race. As a youth, whatever it is that makes you think yourself superior to others, in such a way that they are ready to take up arms against the other, is not of God, who created us male and female. We must realise that God created all equally, imparting gifts that are unique to each individual. These gifts, though different were not given on the basis of individual color or ethnic group but are supposed to complement eachother for peaceful coexistence and progress. Therefore none is greater than the other. Acts of racism result into hatred, war, favouritism amongst others. They are the roots of social instability in many nations, with the youths at the forefront of its execution. Hence, all youths must realise that racism is abnormal and unchristened. We must see ourselves as equal and work hand in hand together to see that we get there and bring down the glory of the Lord in this nation.
